SnapShot: Mitochondrial Architecture
نویسنده
چکیده
Mammals C. elegans 1 TM domain; C-term in IMS and N-term in the matrix. IBM & CJ; self-oligomerizes, binds MICOS/MINOS/MitOS components and Sam50, Tob38, Ugo1, Fzo1. Yeast are viable but exhibit altered mtDNA inheritance and decreased respiratory growth. Mammals and worms exhibit increased ROS production and apoptosis. Loss of CJ, altered cristae structure, accumulation of cristae stacks and cristae rims. Higher membrane potential.

A Flexible Persistent Architecture Permitting Trade-off Between Snapshot and Recovery Times
For persistent systems to be useful they must provide efficient snapshot and recovery mechanisms. This paper describes the design of the persistence architecture of the Grasshopper operating system which addresses these requirements. It shows how the major components of the architecture interact with one another and how it can be used to provide fast snapshot and recovery times. A novel feature...
متن کاملA 3D-Stacked Architecture for Secure Memory Acquisition
Many security and forensic analyses rely on the ability to fetch memory snapshots from a target machine. To date, the security community has relied on virtualization, external hardware or trusted hardware to obtain such snapshots. We show that these prior techniques either sacrifice snapshot consistency or impose a performance penalty on applications executing atop the target. We present a new ...
متن کاملDiscourse Structure of Software Explanation: Snapshot Theory, Cognitive Patterns and Grounded Theory Methods
This thesis introduces a grounded theory of the discourse structure that professional software engineers use while explaining software. The ‘Snapshot Theory’ relates how the snapshot is the critical moment and fundamental building block in the discourse structure. We built Snapshot Theory by applying a rigorous qualitative data analysis research methodology, known as grounded theory, on observa...
